1. Acceptance

By using InterviewPR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

InterviewPR provides AI-powered mock interview practice sessions with feedback and coaching. Sessions are for personal use only.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are non-refundable once used
  • Unused credits expire after 12 months
  • Payments are processed by Stripe
  • All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise

4. Pack and Job Policy

  • Each pack is linked to one specific job and company at setup
  • Audio Starter and Video Core: 1 job per pack
  • Hybrid Smart: up to 2 different jobs per pack
  • Pro Pack: unlimited job changes
  • Job setup must be completed before starting any session
  • Job details cannot be changed on Audio Starter and Video Core packs

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refund within 14 days if job setup not yet completed
  • Full refund within 14 days if no sessions have been used
  • Partial refund for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase
  • No refund once all sessions are consumed

6. Acceptable Use

  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, and technology on InterviewPR are owned by InterviewPR. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Partner Program

  • Partners must comply with ASA advertising guidelines
  • All sponsored content must be disclosed (#ad)
  • Commissions are paid monthly above £200 threshold
  • InterviewPR reserves the right to terminate partnerships
  • Partners must not make false claims about the service

9. Limitation of Liability

InterviewPR is a practice tool and does not guarantee job interview success. We are not liable for any employment outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
